Artist’s Biography: I was born in Chicago and attended the Kansas City Art Institute where I received my BFA. I moved to Seattle in 1995 and maintain a studio in the Ballard neighborhood.
Artist Statement: I have always been visually drawn to objects with external references that imply an internal system or process, such as refineries, generators and the human figure. I have internalized the ideas and symbolism of engineered objects, machines and systems in my artwork.
